1 (10-ounce) package frozen broccoli, thawed

1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided

1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup

1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed cream of broccoli soup

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

½ teaspoon curry powder (optional)

1½ cups Japanese-style panko
